After placing your order you can expect your package(s) to be shipped out within 2 days. We ship all packages through Canada Post. Our standard delivery is a drop-off without the requirement of a signature. If you would like the extra security of a signature-required delivery, we would be happy to ship your purchase via Xpresspost. Please be aware that packages delivered using Xpresspost will incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you would like to ship using this option. We will provide you with a link to track your packages online regardless of the method you choose for shipping.

Handling, packing, and postal charges are included in our shipping fees. Handling and packing fees are fixed at a standard rate, however, postal charges vary according to the weight of your order. We suggest that you combine your items into one order. We are unable to combine orders that have been placed independently and each order will be subject to shipping fees. Your items will be dispatched at your risk. Please know, however, that special care is taken with fragile items. Our boxes are large and durable and packed to protect your purchases.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return your purchase, you may do so via UPS or US mail prepaid and insured within 30 days of your shipment date. Please keep a copy of you shipping receipt. In order to receive a full refund of your purchase it must be returned within the 30 day window, unused, unopened and accompanied by all of its original packaging, printed material, parts and pieces. A copy of your invoice should be included with your return. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund as well as a 10% restocking fee for all used-product returns.
